CDT Detailing LLC ("CDT Detailing," "we," "us") provides mobile car detailing services in Bountiful, Utah and the surrounding area. This policy explains what information we collect through cdtdetails.com and how we use it.

Information we collect
- Booking information: when you book a service through our website or by phone, your name, phone number, email address, the address where the service will take place, and details about your vehicle (such as make, model, and year) are stored in our booking and customer management system, DetailerMade.
- Payment information: we accept payment by Venmo, directly through DetailerMade, or by check. We do not store your full bank or card details on our systems beyond what these payment methods require to complete a transaction.
- Text messages: we may contact you by text message about an appointment (confirmations, reminders, reschedules) and, if you opt in, with offers or updates from CDT Detailing. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP at any time to opt out of marketing texts.
- Reviews: after a service, we may follow up to ask you to leave a review. You're never required to respond.
- Website usage data: we use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use our site, including pages viewed, general location, and device/browser type. This is collected through cookies; you can control cookies through your browser settings or the cookie banner on our site.

How we use your information
- To schedule, confirm, and deliver the detailing service you booked
- To contact you about your appointment, including reminders and rescheduling, by phone, email, or text
- To process payment for services rendered
- To ask for a review after your service, and to send offers or updates if you've opted in
- To understand how people find and use our website, so we can improve it
- To respond to questions or requests you send us directly

Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business - Wix (our website), DetailerMade (booking, customer records, and payment), Venmo (payment), and Google (analytics) - each of whom is bound by their own privacy policy. We do not share your information with any other third party for their own marketing purposes.

Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect the personal information we collect, including relying on the built-in security of the third-party platforms listed above (Wix, DetailerMade, Venmo, Google). No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we don't keep more information than we need to run the business.

Data retention
We keep booking, contact, and vehicle information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet our tax and accounting obligations, and maintain a record of past customers for scheduling future appointments. You can ask us to delete your information at any time - see "Your rights" below.

Your rights

This policy is written to apply to all our customers regardless of location. we're happy to answer questions about how we handle your information.

Children's privacy
Our services are intended for adults booking a service for their vehicle. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
