Terms & Conditions
CDT Detailing LLC
Effective date: September 8, 2026

By booking a service with CDT Detailing LLC, you agree to the terms below.

Booking
Appointments can be booked through cdtdetails.com or by texting/calling (801) 923-3538. You must be the vehicle's owner, or have the owner's permission, to book a detailing service on it.

Cancellations and rescheduling
- Cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment: no charge.
- Cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, or don't show up: a fee of 75% of the quoted service price applies.
- If weather, road conditions, or site access (blocked driveway, no safe place to work) make the appointment impossible on our end, we'll reschedule you at no charge - this is never treated as a late cancellation.

Access and site requirements
Our technicians work at the address you provide. Please make sure the vehicle is accessible and there's a reasonably safe, level space for us to work. If a service requires access to water or power at your location, we'll let you know when you book.

Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept Venmo, payment directly through DetailerMade, or check.

Text messages
By providing your phone number, you agree we may text you about your appointment. If you opt in to marketing texts, you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.

Your vehicle and belongings
Please remove valuables and personal items from your vehicle before your appointment. We take care with every vehicle we service, but we're not responsible for items left inside during the service.

Pre-existing damage
We'll point out any pre-existing damage or condition issues (paint, upholstery, etc.) we notice before starting work. If something is not flagged beforehand, please let us know as soon as possible after the service.

Liability
CDT Detailing LLC carries out services with reasonable care and skill. Our liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service, except where limiting liability is not permitted by Utah law.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted at cdtdetails.com applies to bookings made after the effective date above.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
