We want every vehicle we detail to leave looking right. Here's how we handle it if something's not.

Not satisfied with a completed service
We don't offer cash refunds once a service has been completed. If something about the work isn't right, tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and make it right at no additional charge, rather than issuing a refund.

Cancellations
Our cancellation and no-show fees are covered in our Terms & Conditions - in short, cancel more than 24 hours out and there's no charge; inside 24 hours or a no-show, a 75% fee applies. Weather or site-access issues on our end are always rescheduled free, never charged.
